Things to make

Some ideas for projects you can make relatively easily yourself.

I will explain a little bit under the pictures, if you want more extensive tutorials, find the pictures and links on Pinterest

Somthing really easy but really sweet to start off with:

Find a nicely formed branch and insert a big screw hook in the middle :-).

These pretty storage pods are made of cheap plastic bowls. Cut the bottom off, spraypaint them white (or any other colour you like), hang them up from a nail and use some double-sided tape between the wall and the top of the bowl, et voila!

Get two embroidery hoops in different sizes (or, if you want to use it as a lamp, get on old lampshade and use the top metal part for the top of your new lamp), buy some fringe at a shop selling fabric, connect the hoops with fishing line (be careful that all strings of fishing line are the same length, best to have somebody help you hold the hoops). Glue the fringe on the hoops, and hang up

A lovely present for the special someone in your life! Get yourself a pack of playing cards, punsh holes into them, find a nice message for every card, glue it on, put two rings in and hand over.

Drill a hole into old cutlery, bend them and hang up! Pretty and easy.

Have some mirror glass cut to size (or cut it yourself if you have a glass cutter, make a template first out of paper) and glue on an old racket.

Find some more branches with side branches going off, cut the side branches so they are level, nail to the wall and screw planks on

Find some nice photos and hook them into trouser hangers.
