Forest creatures - a DIY

Taking out the stag pillow reminded me of my love for forest animals.
There are no forests in Namibia, and no forest creatures.
So when I invited some to move in with me, I thought I better provide an environment they will feel at home in.

I am quite in love with the results.

If you want to do something like that to, take pages out of an old atlas and put them in your printer.
I found the drawings through the internet, and re-sized them in photoshop.

Lots of love to you,

  1. I am a huge fan of anything travel related. I never would have though to print pictures of anything over a map BUT now that I've seen your creation, I am going to look at maps an entirely different way. I love this. They look great hanging together. Brilliant job.

  5. WOW! they're amazing! Wish I could do that, too, but our printer doesn't have any ink in it! It's so helpful to have a printer without ink *rolling eyes* :/! Oh, well! They are so cool, anyways!

  7. Awesome, Jutta! They are so strikingly poetic - you must miss forrests a lot! At first I thought they were stencils, but printing is so much easier. Are you going to frame them?
