I am in love!
Daniel brought us some mangosteen from the Congo. This is the most delicious fruit I have ever eaten! It tastes
sour and sweet at the same time, and it definitely tastes of more!
It also is full of antioxidants, especially xanthone, which is a powerful anti-aging agent.
Needless to say, I planted the seeds and will give it Reiki, play it Mozart, and dance around it on a full moon...
Fingers crossed!
Daniel also brought this gorgeous, handmade, malachite bowl:
Wishing you a great start to the week!
Lots of love,

ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing plant! I'm sure it will grow in your care :) I just bought tulip bulbs for next spring.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous bowl! I have never seen that fruit before! Do you eat the inner white part? Good luck on the seed planting!

What an exotic and beautiful fruit. I hope your seeds grow. You already look like you are defying age, they'll probably turn back the clock of time and you'll end up looking like a baby :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the mangosteen-growing. I have heard so much about the fabled taste of this fruit. I had one once and was slightly disappointed, but I think it might not have been ripe. I don't think you can get them in the UK.
