Feta Saganaki

My daughter is on holiday and spent the day playing at a friends house.

One o'clock came and went and I didn't have to cook lunch :-). What  a wonderful start to the weekend!

Anyway, around three I finally became hungry and made something quick and simple that I hadn't done in ages.
The recipe comes from my favorite Greek restaurant in Munich.

It is called Feta Saganaki, which means baked sheep cheese (sounds really strange in english...).

You will need:

Feta Cheese
1 Egg
Breadcrumbs
Oil

Mix the egg:

Turn the feta first in the egg mix and then in the breadcrumbs, repeat:

Bake in oil until brown and enjoy with a salad:

Wishing you a lovely Friday!
