It is delicious, quick to make, easy, healthy, and really pretty!
And it tastes of warm summer evenings or lazy lunches in the garden...
You will need watermelons, feta cheese, and basil or mint leaves:
Cut the watermelon and the feta into small pieces:
Mix, pour some olive oil and balsamico vinegar over it, and sprinkle with some mint leaves:
